These Terms & Services outline the rules, expectations, and responsibilities for clients who book photography with Kairos Miami Photos & Videos (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By hiring us or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your event date.

• Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event, unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Dates are not held without a deposit.

• Late payments may delay delivery of final photos.

Accepted Payments:

Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or credit/debit card.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if the new date is available.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event may require full payment, depending on preparation time and lost opportunities.

• If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Event Photography Expectations

By booking with us, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate event details (time, location, access, contact person).

• Any schedule delays may reduce the amount of coverage delivered.

• We are not responsible for missed moments due to restrictions from venues, lighting limitations, or guest interference.

• You will communicate any special moments or important shots you want captured before the event.

4. Photo Delivery

• Standard delivery is 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed.

• Files are delivered via an online gallery.

• We do not provide RAW/unedited files unless discussed and priced separately.

• Delivery timelines may vary for larger events or specialized editing needs.

5. Usage Rights (Client)

Clients receive:

• High-resolution edited photos for personal or business use

• Permission to post on social media, websites, and marketing materials

• No additional licensing fees for standard commercial or corporate use

Clients may not:

• Sell images

• Claim them as their own work

• Edit photos heavily or apply filters that misrepresent our style

• Use the images for resale, merchandise, or paid advertising campaigns without written permission (rare cases for certain brands)

If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re flexible and clear.

6. Usage Rights (Kairos Miami Photos & Videos)

We may use photos for:

• Our website

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Marketing and promotional materials

We do NOT resell your photos to third parties.

If you want certain images kept private, email us at kairosmedia.miami@gmail.com, and we will remove them.
